Candice C. Kearney is an associate at the firm’s Philadelphia office who focuses her practice on automobile and premises liability. She began her career at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC as a summer associate in 2014.

Candice earned her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she graduated fifth in her class. During law school, Candice was an associate editor of the Drexel Law Review, a judicial intern to the Honorable M. Faith Angell in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and an executive board member of the Drexel Moot Court Board, where she
coordinated Drexel’s 2014 Internal Competition. In her third year,  Candice competed in the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Moot Court Competition, where she and her partner advanced to the final four of thirty-six teams representing nationally-recognized law schools.

Throughout law school, Candice enjoyed numerous opportunities to advise and mentor other law students. In 2015, she was nominated and awarded by her colleagues for Outstanding Contribution to the Drexel Law Review Community for her guidance throughout the student notes process. During her second and third years of law school, Candice was selected as a Dean’s Scholar to provide supplemental instruction to first-year Civil Procedure students.

Originally from New Jersey, Candice earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University. During her time at Rutgers, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy, where a piece of her heart still remains. When she’s not pursuing her dream of being a premier trial attorney, you can find Candice exploring Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and dancing her way through life.
